The Ventura County Chapter, American Payroll Association (VCCAPA) is a non- profit, autonomous and independent chapter of the American Payroll Association. Our chapter was established in 1985 with a mission to provide career guidance, networking and continuing education to Payroll, Finance and Human Resource professionals throughout Ventura County and San Fernando Valley area including Pasadena, Glendale and Burbank.
